Lab-elle

Lab-elle is an association that gives special labels to children’s books that are gender diverse and that allow children to develop their without the restriction of gender stereotypes. They promote awareness of gender stereotypes in children’s literature and of the consequences that these stereotypes have on a child’s development and choices. By informing as wide an audience as possible, they aim to ensure people understand that it’s easier to promote gender equality from children rather than repair the effects of inequality later on.
